Terms
STUDIOSIGHT
Design/Service Terms of Service (Simple/Single Page Websites)
We strive to provide you with an exceptional client experience. If you wish to discontinue our month-to-month service agreement, you may cancel at any time. Our client agreements for editing, support, hosting, and SEO are structured on a month-to-month basis and do not require a long-term commitment.
We conduct regular backups of your website, and you can create a copy of your website content at any time using web archive. Please note that websites cannot be transferred to another hosting provider, as they are built on our proprietary CMS.
If you choose to cancel your service before completing 12 monthly payments, we will release domain names for a fee of $25. If you cancel after making 12 monthly payments, we will release your domain names at no cost, and you will have no further obligations.
Design/Service Terms of Service (Custom Websites)
STUDIOSIGHT will begin work on your project upon receipt of a down payment. Unless specified otherwise in writing, you will be billed every 30 days following the initial down payment. All custom projects are contracted for 12 months from the date of the initial down payment, unless the remaining balance is paid in full. Websites will be made live once the project is completed. Hosting and domain registration fees, if applicable, must be paid monthly.
Additional services will incur extra charges, either on a fee-for-service basis or at an hourly rate. If you require additional services, the corresponding fees will be added to your invoice.
Logos, images, and videos may be uploaded via platforms like Dropbox or Google Drive for inclusion in your project. Providing us with ample information and resources will help expedite the completion date. Please note that we do not provide logos, images, or videos.
If you fail to make timely payments, a late fee of $50 will be applied to your account, and the project will be automatically placed on hold or canceled. STUDIOSIGHT reserves the right to determine when to resume work on the project once the late payment is processed.
Delays in project completion may arise due to:
Delays in payments.
Requests for further changes in design, structure, or content.
Purchase of additional services related to the project.
Delays in receiving materials from you.
Time frame estimates are approximate and may change at STUDIOSIGHT’s discretion. STUDIOSIGHT can also choose to place a project on hold at any time.
We guarantee 100% satisfaction with our services. We will not cease work until you are fully satisfied with the solution provided. However, we will not be held responsible for unreasonable expectations or requests that fall outside the scope of our service offerings. It is at STUDIOSIGHT’s discretion to determine what constitutes a reasonable request or expectation. If additional services are deemed necessary for full satisfaction, it is not our responsibility to fulfill that expectation.
Services or elements of a project that have been approved by you are considered satisfactory. Any further work on these approved services may be discussed in our “monthly update session.”
The term “monthly update session” refers to approximately 2 hours of work on an existing website. STUDIOSIGHT reserves the right to determine if a request represents 2 hours of work.
All payments are final. STUDIOSIGHT does not offer refunds.

However, please note that some websites may utilize plugins, scripts, or modules licensed to us and provided to you, which are not transferable should you move your site to another hosting provider. The absence of these components could affect website functionality. You may also keep your domain on our servers for as little as $17.49 per year without any support or maintenance, though the domain price is subject to change based on registrar market rates.
