On-demand website maintenance and service is charged hourly, at a rate of $120. Unlike other web companies we only charge for every 10 minutes rather than rounding up. This ensures that you don’t have to worry about being charged for minutes you didn’t use.
How soon will I see the updates made to my website?
Updates are completed within 12 hours. However, most updates can be made within the hour.
Large updates can take up to 48 hours depending on the project. If you need assistance or a time frame simply ask when you submit your ticket.
